Precious Memories is a story of different kinds of love。 The love of a granddaughter for her grandfather。 The love of a granddaughter for her ailing grandmother。 The love of a mother for her children。 The love of a dad for a new daughter he didn't know he had。 And a love of a man for a woman。 People seem to never really leave Blueberry Beach。 When they leave they just lose that hometown feeling and need to move back。 After the divorce Laura went through， she was ready to bring her girls， Grace a Precious Memories is a story of different kinds of love。 The love of a granddaughter for her grandfather。 The love of a granddaughter for her ailing grandmother。 The love of a mother for her children。 The love of a dad for a new daughter he didn't know he had。 And a love of a man for a woman。 People seem to never really leave Blueberry Beach。 When they leave they just lose that hometown feeling and need to move back。 After the divorce Laura went through， she was ready to bring her girls， Grace and Alessandra back home to her grandfather who helped raise her。 He was happy she was back and she picked up her old job painting his carvings。 But， when Laura came home she was sick。 After just awhile in Blueberry Beach and being with her grandfather and friends she began to feel better。 Especially when she meets their new neighbor Dwane。 He was everything her ex husband was not。 He had a 10 year old daughter that he just found out about。 He is going to get her as he takes his responsibilities to heart。 Lizzy doesn't want to leave without her sick grandmother that had raised her。 Laura decides that would be fine as she knew Dawn didn't need to be alone and Lizzie didn't want to leave her alone。 Laura believes in family and love。 Dwane believes that he has found the love of his life， and people to call his family in Blueberry Beach。 。。。more

I loved this latest installment from the Blueberry Beach series。 Laura and Dwane had recently moved to Blueberry Beach—Laura was moving back home after a divorce from her cheating husband and Dwane was a newcomer who wasn’t sure why he was there except he felt the Lord was leading him。 Laura was not looking for romance but she found herself surprised by her changing feelings and Dwane was also surprised by some developments from his past before he became a Christian。 This was a sweet romance set I loved this latest installment from the Blueberry Beach series。 Laura and Dwane had recently moved to Blueberry Beach—Laura was moving back home after a divorce from her cheating husband and Dwane was a newcomer who wasn’t sure why he was there except he felt the Lord was leading him。 Laura was not looking for romance but she found herself surprised by her changing feelings and Dwane was also surprised by some developments from his past before he became a Christian。 This was a sweet romance set in an idyllic community。 I’ve loved the time I’ve spent there and the characters I’ve met。 This story kept my attention and left me feeling satisfied。 Highly recommend！ I received a copy of this book from the author and this review is voluntary and contains my honest opinions。 。。。more

It always amazes me how our body reacts to stress - sometimes quite severely。 I loved getting to know Laura， her two daughters and Dwane。 They instantly hit it off but will they let themselves love again？ I love returning to Blueberry Beach and getting to know all these characters。 Great ending。

4。5 StarsAnother really good story in this series。 Sometimes the bad in our life has to happen in order to make sure we are ready for the good when it is time。 Laura has had her entire life upended and is doing her best to adjust。 Dwane is sent to her just when she needs it most。

I love these slices of life set in Blueberry Beach， a small community of caring neighbors。 Dwane and Laura are both very relatable characters。 Both are seeking a new start in life。 I loved watching how Laura overcame her exhaustion。 It was awesome to watch them grow in faith and be attracted to one another。 I stop everything whenever Ms。 Gussman releases a new book because I know I will not be able to put it down。 I highly recommend this entire series of stand alone books。

I had an Advance Readers Copy of this book， but this is my voluntary and honest opinion。 A touching story about Laura who is having stress related health problems and Dwane who moves into the empty apartment and works for her grandfather。 The plot unfolds with Dwane finding out he has a 10 year old daughter he never knew about。 I really enjoy the characters of Blueberry Beach and the way they interact and support each other。 I would highly recommend reading this book。
